Terms and Conditions – Una Lou Rosé Season Pass
Una Lou Rosé Season Passes are prepaid at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are included in the cost of the season. Una Lou Rosé Season Passes are non-refundable and do not auto-renew for the next season.
Season Pass Holders will automatically receive a canned 4-pack of Una Lou Rosé at the beginning of each month during the season. Pass Holders will receive an email shortly before each shipment followed by a tracking email so you can prepare for delivery.
Una Lou Rosé does not have a pick up option. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks in advance if you foresee an issue with a ship date.
Your credit card will be processed at the time of purchase.
You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home addresses. Because of the adult signature requirement, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Our Una Lou Rosé Season Pass makes a great gift. We will send all shipments and materials to your gift recipient after they have accepted your gift through an email and confirmed their preferred shipping address.
Season Pass Holders may delay (not skip) shipments. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Partial refunds will not be granted.
While we do offer complimentary shipping, should your shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Una Lou Rosé. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
All shipping address changes must be received via phone or email at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. Important: you may be responsible for shipping charges and or/ restocking fees if you neglect to contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date.
Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Utah.
Wine is a perishable product. During the hottest and coldest times of the year, we may elect to ship via overnight deliver—at no additional cost to you—to areas most affected by heat or cold. Shipping wine over a weekend can expose it to unnecessary spoilage risk. For this reason we make every effort to ship early in the week. Please be sure that someone will be available to sign for the wines during the first delivery attempt. In some case-specific instances we may be able to reroute a shipment after it has been shipped, barring logistical constraints.
While we make every effort to ensure your wine arrives in the same pristine condition as when it left the winery, we cannot control what happens to your shipment in transit. If you feel you have received a damaged can please contact us immediately.
Season Pass Holder Agreement – Una Lou Rosé
I am 21 years or older. As a Season Pass Holder, I will receive shipments for the duration of the season pass. I agree that Una Lou Rosé will charge my credit card at the time of purchase and my order is non-refundable. I agree that I have read and the Una Lou Rosé Season Pass terms and conditions.
It is my obligation to notify Una Lou Rosé in writing of any address changes before packages are shipped. Una Lou Rosé will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.
I understand I cannot cancel my season pass and will not be issued a refund for my purchase.
Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales tax. Void where prohibited by law.
